Goods will be supplied after a payment has been approved. Visitors are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, and creating derivative works of any content on the Website ("Content") unless authorized in writing by us to do so. All Content of the Website is protected by copyright. The Content, trademarks, logos and service marks (Marks) displayed on the Website are the property of Martial Art Shop UK and UK Components or other third parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of Martial Art Shop UK or such third party that may own the Marks. Martial Art Shop UK reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. SHIPPING AND RETURNS The price of shipping and handling is calculated on the weight of the products in your order. Just select the products you require and leave the rest to the shopping cart. We despatch your order on receipt of payment. You would normally receive your order within 5-7 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you need to return any items, please email us at sales@martial-art-shop.co.uk before sending goods back. Once you have contacted us we will email the returns address to you (this is because different products are sent from different warehouses. If you are returning goods because they were faulty or an incorrect item was sent or we were at fault in any way, then we will fully reimburse your cost of postage at Royal Mails current rates for 1st class recorded delivery or whatever your costs were (the lower of the two figures applies). If you are returning goods which you ordered in error, ie. wrong size or colour etc, then we will not bear the cost of return delivery. We will not be held responsible for any costs, other than the costs incurred by the customer for the goods and/or delivery. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
